Kalamata Olive Crostini

Makes approximately 3 cups

Ingredients:

6 cups Kalamata olives
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
2 tablespoons minced parsley
Italian bread, sliced and toasted

Place the olives, olive oil, garlic and pine nuts in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until pureed. Pour into a serving dish and garnish with the parsley. Serve at room temperature or slightly warmed with the Italian bread slices.
