Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Basic Pizza Crust
Makes (2) 12-inch crusts

Ingredients:

1/2 cup warm water
1 package active dry yeast
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour

In the bowl of a food processor, add the warm water, yeast and honey. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy. Add the white wine, olive oil and salt. Next, add the flours and pulse until a ball of dough forms. Roll the dough onto a clean, floured work surface and knead for 5 minutes. Place in a covered, oiled bowl for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until doubled in bulk. Punch down dough and roll out to desired size.
